Photobucket Restricts My (and Yours) rv.net Photos

I just made up the name Joe Blow in the green part -- turns out there is an account by that name. But he apparently applied privacy passwords to all his albums, so they can't be seen. The person who's URL I copied further back in this thread -- I was taken right to his account and could see all his pics. He doesn't have his set up in password protected albums.
