I'm asking because I am shopping some big ticket items which are several hundred dollars cheaper at Amazon. They will need to be installed so that is why I started at CW. But due to the much higher cost at CW, I am now shopping for another service dept.

We are getting ready to tow 4 down so that's what we're looking for. That's why I read the above on the $39 install page. Of course, 2 of the items do NOT qualify for the $39 install.

There's other places for installation & I personally don't have an issue with that, but DH likes the service dept at the CW where we go - Chattanooga.
