Price Matching?

I have a question. We just got a new to us tt, and we need to stock up on parts, supplies Ect. I called the closest cw over an hour and a half away. They stated they would price match cw online, so we made a trip up there tonight, not only were we rushed by employees because we got there at 540 and online stated as of 4-14 the hours are til 7 but the store said 6. We thought we would have time to browse and see what else interested us, which wasn't the case. But we got our items and headed to check out an mentioned the price match with a screen shot and she said as Long as your members, wait what? This is the first we heard of that, we would have just ordered online and saved an almost 2 hour drive for 15 mins in the store.. So we paid and signed up for a membership. I get home and n one item she shorted us the difference. Never thought to look in the store as you can't see the screen and she had a calculator doing the math. Now my question is it possible to get the difference online or something? It's clearly not worth the drive to get $7 back, also I want to sign up for the 2 year amd get the $25 online credit but didn't see the posting in store until on way out. Thanks
