Question: Facebook as a blog site?

My decision is "far from being written in stone". For some time I've been involved with rescue work; for two years I was did volunteer work for a Texas Humane Society as their photographer. I used my experience with portrait photography to create what I called, "Dignified Adoption Photos"; I didn't see any sense in photographing the animal to look pathetic. Based on the information given to me by the Humane Society, I created stories. I wanted people to say, "I GOTTA have that dog!" My Baby Girl girl story is not unique. But as he says about directing movies, "...they're stories. You latch on to a story line and run with it."

I'm more interested in promoting rescue work than I am in the technicalities of creating a blog. Therefore, all input is much appreciated.
