I have DTV and change my address every couple of weeks, sometimes every day. I just go online, punch up my account on DTV's home page and change my billing address. Then I get all the local channels and all the other 300 or so channels. Sometimes I have to hit the reset (red) button on my DTV monitor.
I get my bill delivered to my email address and pay automatically each month via my credit card. Once in a while, I run into a problem then I simply call DTV's help line and get them to fix it.
The reps are always very professional, patient and very willing to help. All in all, not a big problem.
