Installed Rand McNally Dock/ Using Win 10
I now have Win 10 and I just installed Rand McNally Dock and now when ever I start up my computer the Rand McNally asks for permission to make changes...... Grrrrrrrr How do I stop it from doing that....

I cant get mine to even OPEN!
I've uninstalled, and reinstalled and always asks to make changes so I say yes but it will not open, no error message and Ive set my firewall to let it run.
Anyone have a clue?
