Assuming that you don't have a system that receives the SiriusXM signals, yes...you need to purchase a radio and a subscription.

Lots of XM radios out there...probably even get one at Best Buy, maybe even Walmart??
or, you can contact SiriusXM directly. They can set you up with everything you will need...radio, antennae? and subscription.
