I had to do same thing, just scanned last pay stub with the amount black out and up loaded it as was good to go. I think they finally got wise as to some folks that worked some where and had moved on or was using a friend id to get a discount. Any way you can't blame them there are some folks who will make it bad for others. You are rite the folks in store may or not have been updated as to Corp policy.
