Response to questions

For what it is worth . I put in the catalogue number on CW site and it seems the item is out of stock .

"Catalog Item # 70165
We're sorry, this item is currently out of stock online. New inventory is arriving daily, and all purchases will be filled in the order in which they were placed. Check availability in stores."

Just a comment: I stopped in my local Camping World to buy some wire shelves for my Norcold refrigerator. Was told that the store would have to order the items from Norcold and it would be several weeks before I could get the parts. Went home, Googled for the part number, ordered the shelves from Amazon.com with two day free shipping and had them in less than a week.

Thank you, and apology accepted. I understand how frustrating this kind of thing can be. I am working with Camping World to get this resolved for you as soon as possible. I think you should be getting a phone call soon from them so that they can get this issue resolved.

Wes, please accept my apology. It became very frustrating trying to get the information from Camping World and Dometic. Camping World was not responding to my questions and Dometic responded but never answered my questions. It seems as though this has become the new way of doing business. Again, accept my apology.

First an foremost I am seeking to help you, so there is no reason to call me incompetent. In order for me to assist you I need all the information so I am as accurate as possible. Jetboater was correct, I am just trying to narrow down the specific item you were looking for.

Also while Camping World and Good Sam are sister companies they are still seperate. I work out of the Good Sam offices in Engelwood, CO. Camping World's main office is located in Bowling Green, KY.

I used the "Ask A Question" on the web page for the product twice. The product is the Dometic Convection Microwave for $199.99.

I have been in contact with Dometic and they do not have details for the product and said it will not be available for shipment until the end of June.

What is troubling is the fact Dometic does not have product details and Camping World is selling a product they do not have in stock nor ever had in stock.

Sounds like Dometic and Camping World are practicing "I have a great deal on land for sale, but we can not tell you anything about it, just send your money."
