With all due respect an improvement of 21 dB is way beyond anything the Sleek is capable of. A 10 dB improvement would be a factor of 10 and a second 10 dB would mean that you are seeing a factor of 100 improvement. Although I'm sure that Wilson would love to advertise that the Sleek can provide a 20 dB gain, they don't because it can't. There has to be more going on than just the Sleek.
I've tested the Wilson Sleek signal improvement using a couple of DROID X's, DROID RAZR, Samsung Galaxy Nexus, HTC Rezound, HTC incredible, BlackBerry and multiple Samsung Gs3's. On 3g, average improvement was 18db. The Sleek did improve IPhone signal. I never looked to see how much. Motorola products seem to get 1-2db more improvement than others.
Where I camp 4g is usually not available. My 4g booster is used while on the road in the tow rig.
