301133 Trucker Antenna, the overall gain over the non amplified internal antenna in the MiFi unit is significant, and well within the gain figures I measured.
Compared to the amount of gain I found with my older 3 watt
Vehicle Booster Kit (3G only) I'm impressed. The only thing I miss is the older system let me move around in the trailer with my phone, and provided a boost with both my Verizon based data system as well as my AT&T phone, both at the same time. Still, the increased gain makes the inconvenience worth it.
Hopefully, combined 3G/4G amplified external/internal antenna systems that will work in the small space available in a RV will soon become available.
