Can a booster be effective when a phone is slightly out of range?
We have remote property that is about 1/4 mile from AT&T range. Every once in awhile, I can get a single bar at the property. Having service there would make out stays even more enjoyable.
Maybe, maybe not.
We have that same kind of service at our house. (AT&T also)
We use this booster http://www.wilsonamplifiers.com/ag-soho-60-amplifier-kit-w-omni-panel-60db-841245/ and this antenna http://wilsonelectronics.factoryoutletstore.com/details/51349/wilson-electronics-301111.html?category_id=30850 and this gives us good phone service anywhere in the house.
This is also our internet service with an air card. It is 3G but much faster than our other choice, dial-up.
