Returning

I purchased tow dolly wheels through Camping World online. I tried to cancel the order, but it had already shipped. When I got it, I took it to our local Camping World and they would not let me return it as it was an item they didn't carry. It weighs 30 lbs and I can't afford to ship it back.
What do I do?

    Possible, but then the company should clarify that there are different "types" of stores in the return policy and only a "SuperCenter" can accept the return and other Camping World stores cannot. As it reads, it does NOT make it very clear.

    Also, per the OP, the store clerk said they couldn't take it back because they don't sell it, not because they weren't a SuperCenter.

    At the time of the order I needed it, but then we went to flat towing so I no longer needed it

    I had a similar situation with Ace Hardware - the store said they couldn't refund me because their computer system couldn't do it. I stood at the counter, called the online customer service line, and handed the store clerk the phone so they could fight it out. I got my refund.
  • If there are campgrounds in your area try advertising the wheels on their bulletin board. You'll take a loss selling them, consider it a lesson learned.
