Reviews of CW products

Several weeks ago I bought a product at CW which turned out to be not as described in the sale flyer and on the web site. Subsequently I returned it. I wrote a review to alert other buyers about the item but when I check the reviews now I see only one 4* review. Since I now know that negative reviews apparently don't get posted, how can I trust the reviews on the CW web site?

    I agree with ScottG; it would be nice to hear how these things get handled.........

    Someone from the CW staff will be along shortly to ask you to send them your personal info. For some reason when that happens we never hear a conclusion to the issue.
