Reviews of CW products

Several weeks ago I bought a product at CW which turned out to be not as described in the sale flyer and on the web site. Subsequently I returned it. I wrote a review to alert other buyers about the item but when I check the reviews now I see only one 4* review. Since I now know that negative reviews apparently don't get posted, how can I trust the reviews on the CW web site?
