Of course they are screened. What company would ever allow uncensored bashing of a product they sell when they can easily delete that review? What supplier would continue to do business with a retail outlet that allowed negative reviews of their product? What if the review was a positive review of the product and then directed the customer to an online retailer that would sell if for less? Should CW keep that post up? I wouldn't want to do business with an outfit that thought so little of their reputation they wouldn't do anything they could to keep that reputation clean. Monitoring feedback on your websites, your facebook page and every other resource you have the ability to monitor and edit is required in today's cyber world.

Really? If that's really your way of thinking, that's sad, I just hope other don't think the same way. You're saying let them lie to "save face", I personally wouldn't want to do business with a company that sells or promotes "crap". And why should a manufactuer get away with making "crap"? Then a retailer knowingly sells "crap" to which a customer buys the "crap" because the truth was withheld.
The "crap" maker should be shamed and put out of business.
BTW this isn't about this particular product just the quoted posters odd way of thinking.
