I think people unfairly attack CW because they sell substandard products. CW is a retailer. They offer what they think people want to buy. They don't test every item they put on their shelves. No one does. If a product is bad, don't buy it. CW will stop selling it if it doesn't move.
I have seen negative reviews on the CW site. CW can't really censor for content. I'm pretty sure they want customers to honestly rate what they sell. Blame the company that made the bad product, not the store who sold it to you.
