Why are camping world product reviews screened?

Why screen the reviews and only publish the good ones? I purchased a solar refrigerator fan two years ago. After eight months the fan failed, after many phone calls the manufacturer sent me a replacem...

Amazon allows positive and negative reviews of all products. They are an extremely successful business model.

Camping World relies on customers. If they are intentionally misleading customers by editing-out negative reviews, then Camping World will suffer in the long run. If this is true, then this doesn't give me much confidence in the integrity of those at the top.
