Be careful when dealing with Verizon. They will slip you into a limited data plan without your knowing. I called to activate the hot spot, which is a $30/month add-on for the unlimited data plan. I happened to go on line the next day to check my account and found that they had put me on a 4 gb family data plan. To make it worse, there was a problem with the software version on my Samsung Galaxy that would not let the phone stay in the hot spot mode for more than a minute or so.
I had to call back and get to a supervisor after 45 minutes to get it straightened out. They still charged me $30 for two months for the hot spot I couldn't use. Took two months to get the overcharges recovered.
By the way: The last software update on my Galaxy fixed the software problem.
