Sat Radio
If I buy a sat Radio to use in the shop and house, will they light up the sat radio in my car on the same subscript, or will I have to put the new radio in the car and deal w/ a wiring mess ?

If your vehicle has a sat-ready radio of either (Sirius/XM) type you are good to go. If not, you will need to either replace the radio or get an aftermarket adapter. Since Sirius/XM are one company, you can have a mixture of Sirius and XM radios on the same account. Been doing it for eight years now.
I believe the OP is asking if he can use the same subscription on two different sat radios.
Which is why I said "you can have a mixture of Sirius and XM radios on the SAME ACCOUNT."

My new pickup says that I have, "All Access" which allows streaming to other devices while subscribed to service in the truck. Not sure this is relevant for the OP, but it is available.
