I am still confused. When I used my old 211k, I also did not get all 3 satellites in some locations. If I got just 129 or 119 I would be satisfied. What I saw on a dish forum was the Wally had to see all 3 satellites or it wouldn't work. Since I activated the Wally on my home system, everything is working fine but I did not have to do a check switch at this time with my home system.
With my 211k when I took it from home to my RV, I would have to do a check switch with receiver. In my Wally settings, I did not see a check switch menu so I am thinking the Wally does this automatically. Since my RV is at storage now, I cannot verify how this Wally will work when I take it from home to the RV.
I am hoping someone here has experience with a Wally and a road trip satellite dome dish on there RV can give my their process in taking the Wally from home and putting it in their RV. Thanks
