And yes Barb is great. Last year when they were just getting started with Gen5 Mobile she moved a customer around so I could get set up early so I could get to our camp hosting gig in ID. Was like the first one to go live. We were close to Tucson so it worked well.

Me too. Barb Nolley is a great person to work with.

But that's really a max of 25Mbps with Gen 5, not 40. There are some "generous" Internet speed programs. See HughesNET Gen 5 - 1st Evaluation
