I have searched here and other areas but cannot find an Iphone App that will provide what I'm looking for: Warnings for severe weather Warnings based on my current location I can find these...

INTELLICAST. -I have an entire page of weather apps and folders on the same page containing even more alert apps.
Intellicast is the hands down favorite of them all. It's owned by the same folks that provide weather graphics to most of the TV stations in the US.
-Excellent Radar
-Through and on-time alerts, usually before the rest
-Graphical wind patterns, weather fronts, and future trends
-Earthquake alerts
-Lightening subscriptions (not enough here to worry about it)
-You can hold lots of locations as well as GPS reference to the present location
