We told them last year we were canceling by phone. Several years ago the person from Guatemala said you can get a paper copy and just not pay. We repeatedly said no to any auto-renewal and the person said you can do that. We haven't listened to their service since. That is what we did. Now they say from Guatemala that there is nothing but auto-renewal.They ignored our phone call last year. I asked for any signed agreement and they say it is all by phone. My real point is don't believe a word they tell you over the phone! Never give them your credit card which we didn't. There, my rant is over.
