SL3 SWM Slimeline single line triple LNB failed?

Lost channel 229 which comes from stat 99. No signal on 99 however SATs 101 and 103 are OK. In sat setup sat 99 has red boxes and X's. Changed coax, restarted receivers, switched which receiver is on ...

I do not think this is a dish aiming issue, as repeat dish setup shows 99 X'ed out. As the LNB powers up all three parts of the three sat LNB should be active, then you align to the three SATs. 99 will not show a signal on the receivers signal meters because it is not active in the LNB.
