If so,how do you use it? Do you hdmi out to a t.v. or just watch your tablet / laptop? Does it work well? Which model do you have? The website is lame, looks to me like the mid level $150 would do ...

Some models of the Slingbox units do not have HDMI inputs which can be a problem.
My 'Slingbox HD Pro' version only has RCA input jacks.
