Not gonna happen. The "base" that the removable radio slides into is proprietary. All is not lost though. It is not hard to do this.
Crutchfield has kits that come with their head units to simplify install. If you cannot figure out what kit will fit in the dash of your RV, call their support number. be ready with the chassis make, model and year.
Spend some time on their web site looking at tutorials and also Youtube has good videos and you will see that there is a common thread to all in dash units and it is not that hard.
