Too Much Spam with Yahoo

I use yahoo! as my primary email account. Their filters plus my filters in my client application means about one spam per week gets into my inbox.

I stopped using their webmail quite some time ago because of the ads on the webpage and the sponsored spam in every inbox. Doesn't happen with a client application.

Other than occasional outages of the entire service, there's nothing wrong with yahoo! the way I use it.
