Toshiba leaving us in the dust.
Boy just when I finally find a laptop that the processors don't burn up a week after you buy it and they actually last longer than a year.... Toshiba decides to move to focus on commercial pc business...

I have 2 laptops- one I bought new, one I inherited. The new one is a Dell, but preloaded with Ubuntu rather than Windows*- the other a Walmart Acer (which now runs Debian Jessie. Both have run flawlessly, FWIW.
I see Dell only offers their high end XPS with Linux now- when I bought mine, they offered either the low or high end, just no middle ground.
