You should have 29V(ish) on the roof inside the coax that connects to SWM1 on the roof. Unfortunately, that still does not eliminate the possibility that the SWM8 switch is bad so if you replace the LNB without change you might have to replace the SWM8 to see if that's the problem. I have never had to troubleshoot a SWM8 so I have nothing to offer other than speculation.
