That's what it sounds like to me. I would first disconnect all coax connections at the SWM switch (on the roof?) and verify that there is no corrosion. They should be filled with di-electric grease and if they are then they will be clean and shiny. It that's all good then I would make the next troubleshooting step a new SWM8 switch.
