I know it has all worked in the past and I am assuming you installed the new switch. Is there also a splitter in the setup or only 1 receiver? To properly wire the SWM8 to the Trav'ler the D connection should go to the most outside of the 4 inputs and then C would go to the 2nd post, B to the 3rd and A to the 4th post toward the center of the 6 posts available on that side.
The SWM1 output must be used and that connection must go to the 29V power inserter (PI29). You do have a 29 and not a PI28 or PI25, correct?
When you replaced the LNB, did you check each of the coax connections there to ensure they are clean and shiny (I like di-electric grease in there as well but that's not the current problem). You should also check each of the downstream connections from the LNB that go into the top of the mount which are also labeled A, B, C, D and the wiring to ensure nothing is cut, split or scraped. Is the SWM8 mounted on the roof close to the Trav'ler?
Maybe I will have more ideas as we go along. Where are you parked these days?
