Trouble with new Iphone7
Just upgraded from iphone5. Everything is good except my hotmail account only receives email and won’t send. My gmail account works perfectly. Everything was supposed to be transferred from old to new phone. What happened?

- Samsung Galaxy here, but the same thing happened to me when we up update phones to S8's.
What I did.
Uninstalled the email app that wasn't working. Downloaded / reinstalled the app from the app store and set it up from scratch.
Problem solved.
