Trouble with online order

I placed an online order on 6/11/15.
It has not been shipped yet. Called the customer service line, and was told "warehouse has a shipping backlog". The rep also told me he would send an email to get my order shipped quicker and give me a $10 credit.
That was yesterday 6/16/15.
I've not seen any updates on the shipping.

Can someone please help me with this?

I leave next Wednesday and would like my item before I go on my trip.

  • My item arrived yesterday. It was shipped next day air by ups.

    I hope CW gets their shipping issues fixed soon. Personally never had an issue with CW online or local store in Chattanooga, TN and Myrtle Beach, SC. Always had good service.

    I even purchased a new 5th wheel from Chattanooga store this year.

  • Great. >_< I ordered a bunch on 6/12. First time for online order from CW... wasn't expecting Amazon speed but am amazed that my order is still "processing". Fortunately no immediate need, but will think twice about online ordering again.

    Thank you for your time and post. If able please send me a PM with your order information, and I would be happy to look into your order. Camping World has invested in a new Online Ordering and Distribution System. Our plan was to install the new system prior to the camping season. Unfortunately, our Programmers encountered challenges that caused a delay of the launch and additional unforeseen challenges during the launch which have caused delays to store shipments and online orders. Our teams are working tirelessly to get the new system working properly and have made great strides. Our Distribution Centers are ready for the season and full of product. Currently, trucks are rolling with product to our Super Center locations. Online orders are being processed and expedited. We apologize for any inconvenience and assure you that we are working very hard to correct this situation.
