Your post is a little confusing to me but I'll add a couple of points. If it's SWM your shooting for you need to have a PI in place to power the LNB. Second, do you have visual access to each splitter? You label them as SWM so I will assume they are power passing. If the toner sound is weak it could be the signal is passing through another unseen splitter. Have you installed the receivers/ antenna yet to see if it works?
