Hi Bill,
Trust me it is a deal from HELL!
Here is the throttling info:
"If you exceed the Wireless Fair Use Policy usage limits, your wireless data service will be slowed down to 2 Mbps download speed and 2 Mbps upload speed for the remainder of your billing period."
I'm pretty sure I can do netflix on the laptop at 2 Mbps.

This may be a good thing for Canadian customers as I don't know what's currently available. However, "Unlimited" data that is throttled might be nearly useless depending upon the throttle speeds and rules governing that throttle. The US Verizon plan through FMCA is a hard throttle at 25GB reducing speeds to dial up making it an impractical service for the remainder of the month.
