This may be a good thing for Canadian customers as I don't know what's currently available. However, "Unlimited" data that is throttled might be nearly useless depending upon the throttle speeds and rules governing that throttle. The US Verizon plan through FMCA is a hard throttle at 25GB reducing speeds to dial up making it an impractical service for the remainder of the month.
That is not bad at all, even for some of the US plans. There is a ton of stuff that is still fully workable at 2Mb up and down.
