Previously (during a period of many years), I have used Photobucket for emailing photos and for posting photos on several forums.
Basically, all I want to do now is "deselect" the "sideshow mode" on all my photos. It seems to have a mind of its own, and insists that all my photos go out in "sideshow mode", which means all readers can view ALL 94 of my photos! Surely someone knows how to do that, but it's not as if I can call a photobucket help line and talk to a techie. I've tried using their help system, but it's either not set up where I can type-in my explanation, or more likely I've never learned "their language".
I only put photos on Photobucket that I want to share.
I don't use a free web Photo site to save or hold family or important photos. It is free what do they owe me???
IMO Photobucket owes me more "bait". What I mean is that they originally offered a free service (photo hosting). They baited me, and I took the bait. Now, it's clear that they make money by selling advertising (more and more). Today, their pages are full of advertising, even in my photo "Library", even in place of some of my photos. Well, IMO it's a good tradeout, a free membership/subscription for my participation in reading some of the ads. The system works, EXCEPT when THEY fail to offer instructions on how to deselect the sideshow mode. So, I either find out how to do it, or I go to another photo host.
Does anyone here know how I can deselect the sideshow mode? Thanks
