upgrading to HD TV'S and new componants

I'm in the process of changing out the old TV's to HD flat LCD TV's. I have pulled out the 2004 Sony DVD/VHS player that is also the amplifier. My question is what to do about a new amplifier. I am looking at a Marantz NR1403 5.1 Slim line. Question is will that do the trick to allow me to have a Dish receiver, Tailgater, Blue Ray player and hook up my Xbox? Also will there be a need for the Winegard Model VS-0604/6412 Amplified Video Switch that is installed currently or do I need an upgraded switch that is all HDMI in order to have HD.

    For watching over-the-air with the rooftop antenna, you don't need to change anything.

    If you want HD on all TV's and you are going to try to get this HD to all TV's from one location you are going to need to run all new HDMI cabling throughout the coach and install an HDMI splitter at the source location.
