Here's what happened.
I ordered a new iPhone online for overnight delivery. A few hours later I get an email verifying the order. I check the order and it says 'Processing'. Ok, it should be shipped if it's getting here tomorrow.
Next day, no 'shipped' email. I keep checking the order and it's still 'Processing.' Live chat lady tells me to call. I call, and find out it's been "cancelled" due to Fraud!! Whaa?? The guy asks if I want to reorder. Thinking something's wrong and it'll just be 'fraud' again, I said no. I wanted to find out what was happening.
I got on live chat later and a guy says pretty much the same thing, but he adds that MY PHONE CALL to them cleared up the 'fraud' and I could reorder.
This is the craziest bunch of c rap I've ever heard. If they needed to verify I actually ordered it, why didn't they just CALL ME? I had no idea what was going on, and all they wanted to say was "Processing." I've had companies call me and verify. Why can't Verizon do this?
