Truth is, while it can be danged inconvenient, at the end of the day I really appreciate what may seem to some like hypervigilance. I sorta look at it like the high tech equivalent of the armed bank guard.
Perhaps the 1st upgrade was easy because my 2-year agreement was up, and that locked me in. Now, they have me by the short hairs. That's usually how things work.
