I've taken the laptop/Jetpack to Verizon at least 5 times with different employees taking their turn to check it out. Finally the manager, after having a crack at it, said that my laptop was the problem. The battery/Sim card has been in and out more times than I can count. Yesterday's 'reset button' technique was the first, and, as I said, it worked.....for awhile. This a.m. the Jetpack is working....but in 3G. I still think about the only thing that hasn't been tried is another Jetpack.
