What is your dB signal level without the extender? Inside and outside the house? In theory, the user would be able to come and go from the network extension area and have no dropped calls. I have friends with a Verizon extension. Theirs does not do well with a hand off. But it is possible.
Again, what is the actual signal level of the phones? Some phones have better signal on the edge than others (Motorola).
