Verizon Unlimited how's it working for you?

We switched to the Verizon unlimited plan over a month ago on our phones and MIFI. Our salesperson said they would only switch us from 4G to 3G after 10G if the tower was busy and he'd never seen that happen in Naples. We get it home and 1 week later it said we hit 10G (no streaming or even heavy usage). They literally shut it off. It didn't go to 3G it shut down. We should have stayed with our unlimited plan. I will say wheh it works it is fast!!
