Bummer. But we figured it would happen eventually. (We're in the 1%.)

I'm actually suprised they didn't cut this out long ago.

I'm really suprised, they didn't think to bury a speed cap or some other item they could use to make it impractical (say a minimum guaranteed download speed of 1200baud).
