VPN Shut Down my Internet

I would be using it to access my satellite company's live TV over the internet feed when traveling in the US. Does TunnelBear VPN allow you to appear to be anywhere on the planet, as in, can you choose to be in any country they have an IP address for?
Have you experienced any throttling or total bandwidth limitations? I could be using anywhere from 1 GB to 100GB per month, depending on pricing. Do they have an "unlimited" plan?

I've been using tunnelbear for about 2 years. It doesn't have as extensive an amount of countries as some of the other Vpn's. I believe it's around 20, but I usually stick with the US or Canada. I've noticed no discernible slowdown while it's in operation, but takes a little time to initially load at startup. Not too extensive though.

There's no limit to the amount of GB's you use. It's also simple to operate. No need to be a techie. You'll also enjoy the cute little bears running around. LOL. Pricewise, it's reasonable for a yearly subscription, around $5.00/month.
