Watching DVR without sat signal?
Have a Tailgater with 211z receiver. Trying to watch DVR programs without sat. signal and cannot get past the signal search menu. Jeff

I just tried it a few minutes ago to see exactly what I do while camping to watch my Playlist (sadly, my HR21 receiver is in the house for the winter).
I plugged DVR in to power and connected to a television - didn't screw in any satellite cables. After a while, while the receiver was going through its setup, and you get the signal loss error message, I just pushed the MENU button and this pops up - your PLAYLIST...
