Watching DVR without sat signal?
Have a Tailgater with 211z receiver. Trying to watch DVR programs without sat. signal and cannot get past the signal search menu. Jeff

No, he has 2 WD (Western Digital) 2GB hard drives which are USB powered and not externally power. That's why I said some would argue not necessary.
