I started using myfitnesspal four months ago. I'm doing nothing else - no exercise, eating the same foods (healthy and unhealthy - occasional McDonalds, Applebees nacho platter, Hostess, etc). I've lost 42 lbs in 4 months; my goal is to lose a total of 90 over 12 months.
They did a massive recall on the Fit Bit Force. I have owned 2 of them with no irritation issues. The back is metal and some (very, very, very few)people have experienced a severe rash related to nickel in the metal. It was becoming their most popular item and I'm sure this recall is going to be a huge financial hit.
