I did the change of habit deal a little over two years ago. Went from 275-230, tight 38 to a loose 36 pants. Still going down. Fancy planned diets take weight off but won't keep it off. My biggest deal is I kept eating after I was full then I needed more to get me full. Stomach has now shrunk. I did cut down on cheese. Use to eat tons of it. Quit using ketchup a steak sauce. Be surprised how better things taste. Probably haven't had a spoon of added sugar in 25 years so had no problem there.
