Kinda. Since 2007 all TV are required to have an ATSC tuner in order to receive digital OTA TV programs.
But if you plan on hooking up to campground cable, your TV should also have a QAM tuner to decode digital cable TV which is becoming more common in campgrounds.
While ATSC tuners are required in new TVs, QAM tuners are not -- they're optional.
Brands like Apex, Dynex, Element, Hair, Seiki, Sylvania, and some VISIOs do not have QAM tuners.
